Beach carnival at Goa’s Arambol Beach, a popular tourist destination sent out a strong message of peace to the world at a time when a war between Russia & Ukraine is underway. During the carnival participants dress up as per a pre-decided theme; this year the theme was ‘save the bees, save the flowers’.
