DB Lateral Raise Demo Equipment: Two dumbbells. Set-Up Execution: 1 - Stand with a dumbbell at each side. 2 - Breath deep and pull your shoulders back and down. 3 - Brace your core, then lift the dumbbells out and up to shoulder height. Make sure your pinkies are slightly higher than your first finger. 4 - Pause briefly, then lower with control. Note - Don’t let your shoulders shrug up towards your ears too much.
