Polish SR-1 casualty gas mask

Polish SR-1 head-wound/casualty gas mask, designed for slipping over the head of somebody with head injuries and then tightening at the neck as well as the head if possible, this is a particularly weird yet practical gas mask because it is essentially gigantic, the mask is based off of the ShM-41/OM-14 but is massively oversized with straps that are tied on the outside of the mask. It ends up looking like a combination of a gas mask and a straitjacket, definitely one of the creepiest gas masks I’ve ever seen. I have also heard this referred to as the Szr2-50 gas mask, but SR-1 is a lot easier to remember. It comes in the same bag as the OM-14 with a 40mm GOST hose and an EO-14 filter. Another note is because this mask ties at the neck, it is possible to wear glasses inside the mask, but it’s not very practical, as if the mask slips it can knock them from your nose.
