Boris Johnson’s strange Peppa Pig speech

Today the prime minister addressed the leaders of British business at the CBI conference. His speech was confused, apparently misplacing segments on the podium throughout, and spent two minutes (about 10% of the whole address) discussing the merits of Peppa Pig World.
