Welcome to this yoga-inspired stretching routine for the evening! In this calming and relaxing session, I´ll guide you through a 10-minute sequence for beginners to help you unwind, promote better sleep, and induce deep relaxation. We’ll focus on gentle movements and deep breathing to help release tight muscles, improve flexibility, and calm the nervous system. As you flow through each stretch, remember to listen to your body and honor its needs, allowing yourself to sink deeper into relaxation with each exhale.
