1970 Plymouth Superbird 440-6BBL/Six Pack - One of the most iconic Mopars in highly original condition. Out of the 1,935 produced for the US market, only 308 came with 440-6BBL engine and 4-speed transmission. Originally a New Jersey car, Mark’s Plymouth Superbird was first exported to the UK, and then found its way to New Zealand in 2003. He acquired the 440-6BBL powered Winged Mopar in 2021 and keeps it on the road. The 1970 Plymouth Superbird has never been restored, only repainted once in its original color, and has all matching numbers. The 440 Six Barrel engine was rebuilt by the previous owner retaining its original bore dimensions. Mark continues to work on his 1970 Plymouth Superbird to keep it highly original and roadworthy.
