🟢 Ingredients:
🌿 One cup of soaked sunflower seeds
🌿One cup of soaked pumpkin seeds
🌿Lemon juice: one lemon
🌿A tablespoon of salt
🌿A teaspoon of inactive dry yeast
🌿One clove of garlic is optional
🌿A teaspoon of smoked powder
🌿One tablespoon of white vinegar
🌿Two pints of water
🌿Agar (vegetable gelatin) one tablespoon
🌿A glass of water for the agar mixture

☘️Second step/ Mix the agar with water and put it on a gentle heat until it becomes a jelly
☘️Step 3: Add the ingredients inside the mixer to the agar and stir continuously for five minutes so that it does not stick
☘️Step 4: Grease the desired mold with a bit of oil and pour the ingredients into the mold
☘️Step 5: Place the mold in the refrigerator for three hours to harden ☘️Step 6/ After three hours, remove the cheese from the mold and drink it
