Trying my car satnav GPS while in Jet Airplane at 500 mph, see what happened.

I thought I would try my GPS in the plane while I was flying back from Cyprus. My Galaxy Note has navigator software installed which I found worked ok, even when the phone was in flight mode. I had to hold the phone right against the window to pick up GPS signals and the whole thing was a bit awkward as I had my Sony HX9V in one hand recording the video and holding the phone in the other so it did wobble a bit. We we flying over France when I did this, you can see the position when I zoom out the map at the end of the video. For some some reason though it was not giving me audible speed warnings as expected but it did flash up 55! a couple of times, we were doing 489mph at the time. 720p HD video by Rod Smith
