Suge was trying to bring Tupac to Death Row, he greets Pac on the Awards, but he wasn’t talking just before the performance, like it was shown here. Tupac broke on the scene when A Tribe Called Quest was performing, interrupting their performance. So, to sum up - this one took place in Paramount Theatre in New York, on April 25, 1994. Pac wasn’t with Death Row at the time - it was his last months with Interscope as they resigned the contract due to his rape charges. Pac is not performing directly after Suge’s speech. Suge was trying to hunt Pac at the time, which he did when Pac was doing the time through 1995. AND, the Out On Bail song was about beating the Hughes, not about leaving the jail after sexual abuse convict.
