Nước Mắm Chấm Chay // Vegan Vietnamese Dipping Sauce

Today’s recipe is something I keep in my fridge at all times! Nước Mắm Chấm Chay, otherwise translated to vegan Vietnamese dipping sauce is a very common sauce that is traditionally fish-sauce-based that I’ve veganized thanks to my grandma ;) It’s every bit as sweet, spicy, savoury and garlicky as its non-vegan original but this is even better with the one and only, Golden Mountain seasoning sauce!
