Full title reads: “Children’s Paradise - Toy Displays in Paris Shops“. Paris, France. Various shots of the mechanical toys exhibited in shops for the Paris Toy Carnival. Children looking at the great moving constructions. Toy policeman is seen lifting and lowering his baton, ticket conductor giving out ticket, woman nodding her head, child licking a cake, a girl sitting on giraffe’s neck which moves up and down, an elephant moving its ears and swinging a baby on its trunk, clowns, acrobats, etc. Children looking at the toys with fascination.
