Having debuted that movie at the Toronto International Film Festival in 2011 they knew there was only one festival to debut their latest collaboration, The Search. It focuses on a nine-year-old Chechen orphan and a teenaged Russian soldier who encounter the many terrible faces of war during the 1999 Russian invasion of the breakaway republic.
