Jenny, Aaron and I braved the cold to watch the Borealis Fat Bike World Championships in New Richmond, WI. Fun day full of racing, fun people and vendors, and Spotted Cow on tap! The 45th Parallel Distillery offered amazing cocktails and pizza.
