What’s up friends, this was another great dish I made and shared that experience with all of you. Beef shank stew in a clay pot on wood fire.
It came out supper delicious, the smoky taste, tender beef, all the veggies unbelievably good.
I used beef shanks, potatoes, tomatoes, onions, garlic, salt, black pepper, bay leaves, peppercorns, cumin, crashed pepper, turmeric, tomato past, dry white wine, beef stock. Cooked it on wood fire for about two and half hours.
It was just too good, and delicious.
