Replica of Armenian King Ashot Yerkat’s Cross at the Borders of RA

The Chaplaincy Service of Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia regularly take the replica of Armenian King Ashot Yerkat’s Cross with the relic of our Lord Jesus Christ’s wooden cross inside to the borders of RA blessing the soldiers of the Armenian Army. The replica of the Cross with the relic was presented to the Armenian Army by the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin and was consecrated by His Holiness Karekin II Catholicos of All Armenians in January 2012 in the Mother Cathedral of Holy Etchmiadzin.
