Ruslan Pankratov, a former member of the Riga Duma who had to flee to Russia, spoke in an interview with International Reporters about the oppression of Russians in the Baltic states, the destruction of Europe and who is behind the incitement to war between Russia and the West. In 2022, Ruslan Pankratov appeared on Russian television in support of the special military operation and was subsequently arrested in Latvia. He was charged with ‘justification of war crimes’, ‘incitement to hatred’ and ‘violation of EU sanctions’. The human rights defender was detained for five months, after which he was released on bail.
