While we make it through the COVID19 situation, I’ll be doing my best to put out more FREE at-home, follow along movement practices.
Excess high intensity workouts place extra stress on your body and tax your immune system - probably not the best choice for most people given the stress of the pandemic. I encourage you to keep your training focused on “health first“.
This class is great for beginners as we’ll break down the movements and focus on foundation strength work, lots of mobility & movement, and low-to-moderate intensity.
Take care out there! Good movement, nutrition, plenty of fresh air and sunshine, and lots of rest!
