Dalilah Muhammad set a new world record in winning 400m Hurdles gold at the 2019 IAAF World Athletics Championships. The American ran a blistering to win the title, breaking her own world record she set earlier this year. Compatriot Sydney McLaughlin finished in a close second. Her time of was the third-fastest of all time and a new PB.
