This video explains the plotting of acquired data for for Gmb , Stability, flow, Air voids (VTM/Va/VIM), Voids filled with asphalt (VFA), Voids in the mineral aggregate (VMA) against bitumen content. The trends of these curves are discussed in detail. The various types of VMA graphs are discussed and the rules were identified for the selection of VMA. In coming videos, I will estimate the preliminary optimum binder content and lab trial on that particular binder content.
