Oil tanker hit by Houthi missile catches fire in Red Sea

Houthi rebels fire a missile on the Marlin Luanda, an oil tanker operating on behalf of Trafigura Group, in the Red Sea. The vessel was carrying Russian-origin naphtha — a product used to make plastics and gasoline — purchased below the price cap imposed by the Group of Seven nations, a Trafigura spokesperson said Friday. The company says no one on board was hurt and the ship sailed toward a safe harbor. -------- Follow Bloomberg for business news & analysis, up-to-the-minute market data, features, profiles and more: Connect with us on...
