30 min HYBRID Full Body Dumbbell Workout | Compound + Explosive + Muscle Endurance | Advanced
In this intense 30 min HYBRID Full Body Dumbbell Workout | Compound Explosive Muscle Endurance | Advanced workout, we will have 4 bundles, each containing 5 movements. One movement, a compound combo exercise, will be repeated for 4 rounds, while the other combo movements with dumbbells will be performed for only one round each.
We will perform each exercise for 35 seconds with 15 seconds of rest in between and a 30-second rest after each bundle. At the end of the workout, we will have a finisher comprising 4 movements, each performed for one round.
Personally, this routine really challenged me. To achieve the same impact, you should use the same amount of weight that I’m using, or even heavier. You might do fewer repetitions, but it will challenge your muscles and nervous system even more!

These are the dumbbells that I am using:
2x 18KG (displayed as RED on the screen)
2x 10KG (displayed as YELLOW on the screen)
2x 10KG (displayed as GREEN on the screen)
