Don McLean - Prime Time TopPop

Donald McLean (born October 2, 1945) is an American singer-songwriter. He is best known for his 1971 song “American Pie“, which was a number-one US hit for four weeks in 1972 and reached #2 in the UK charts. His version of the Roy Orbison composition ’Crying’ was a number one hit for him in Holland. Watch the TopPop channel for this recording. McLean finished a short tour of Holland 2 weeks ago playing venues in Eindoven, Groningen and Utrecht. Prime Time is the title song from his album, released in December 1977.
