🥣Pie Crust Ingredients:
* 320 flour
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 250g unsalted butter, chilled and cubed
* 1/2 cup (80-120ml) ice water (Stop adding water when the dough begins to form large clumps!)
🥧Roll out the crust, add filling and lattice your pie.
Bake for 20-30 minutes at 170°C . After the first 15 minutes of bake time, place a pie crust shield on top of the pie to prevent the edges from browning too quickly.
