Zip necklace: 3D transformation into a bracelet

One of Van Cleef & Arpels’ most spectacular avant-garde creations of the 1950’s is this yellow gold Zip necklace from Van Cleef & Arpels’ Collection is made up of gold herring-bone links bordered by gold filigree hearts studded with brilliants. It opens to form a V-shaped necklace with a fringed tassel at its center. An extra jewelled segment and a second clasp enable it to be worn as a bracelet.
