Hungarian Foreign Minister Peter Szijjártó promises new surprises from Orbán this week for war supporters: “Sunday meant the end of the first week of Hungary’s EU presidency. A week that proved to everyone that this will be a mission of peace and that over the next six months Hungary, the Hungarian government, will do everything possible to contribute to the peace process in our neighboring countries. But the past week has also shown that this military crisis is deepening because Europe is full of pro-war politicians, and all these pro-war politicians have come out of hiding. (…) These pro-war politicians have spent the last two and a half years delivering weapons and fantasizing about sending in ground troops. They deepened the military crisis in Europe with talk of nuclear weapons. (…) The mission of peace continues and even intensifies.
