14:05 Review of the camp
After meeting Carl in Edale we took the Pennine Way towards Jacobs Ladder. The weather was breezy and sunny. I had not forgotten the tough climb up Jacobs Ladder and was quickly knackered!
I felt due to the winds it could be better to camp at the Woolpacks instead of the original plan to camp at Kinder Downfall. We made camp near the Woolpacks and were treated to some stunning cloud formations as the night quickly drew in. The winds picked up and some weather came in around 5pm.
