Turkish Simit Pogacha (Poğaça) & Cheese Filling

Merhaba! Hi Everyone with Turkish Simit Pogacha filled with white cheese (Feta Cheese). These savory pastries are so yummy with sesame seed coating, crunchy outside, soft inside and with a good recipe :) it is easy to make too! Ingredients for Turkish Simit Pogacha: 3/4 cup lukewarm milk 2 full tablespoons butter at room temperature (about 60gr.) 1/4 cup vegetable oil 2 tsp dry yeast 1 tbsp sugar 1 egg About 4 cups all-purpose flour (don’t use all at ones, add gradually after 3 1/2 cups) 1 tsp salt For the filling about 300gr. white cheese, feta cheese or kashar, mozzarella cheese you can find on the market For the sesame coating: 1 tbsp grape or other kinds of molasses 1 tbsp water between 1/2 to 1 cup roasted sesame seed How To Make Simit: How To Make Turkish Tea: How To Make Achma:
