Unidentified Craft on Truck

On March 8, 2013, traveling East on I-10 from California to Phoenix, AZ we came upon a very strange looking craft on an oversized load caravan. Experimental plane or unmanned drone with the wings folded up? Speedboat? Maybe the Bat Mobile... Similar truck caravans have turned out usually to be experimental UAVs. Whatever it is, I’d love to see if fly! I’ve posted photos of it on Twitter at benhansen00
