Anne Mahlum, Founder and President, Back on My Feet accepts CNN Hometown Heroes Award. Back on My Feet was founded in Philadelphia, PA in 2007 to promote the self-sufficiency of the homeless population by engaging them in running as a means to build confidence, strength, and self esteem.
