Dances by Isadora celebrates Isadora Duncan’s birthday! (b. May 27, 1877) Over the last 30 years (1989-2019) we have gathered in Central Park at the Bethesda Fountain to mark Duncan’s birthday by dancing and sharing the legacy together. 2020 finds us sheltering in place where dancers created their own Rose Petals video in their living rooms, kitchens, gardens, backyards and parks. Dances by the legacy alive and relevant since 1989.
