U.S. to relist Houthis as specially designated global terrorists in response to Red Sea attacks

In 2021, the Biden administration removed the Houthis from the specially designated global terrorist list and the list of foreign terrorist organizations, easing access to food imports and humanitarian aid entering Yemen.
