While it is stated that we are proud to announce Parrot (formerly Parrot Security OS) 5.2, it is stated that the release includes many improvements and updates that make the distribution more performant and more secure. However, we do not have a chance to learn about the version, as the version has not been officially announced anywhere. However, the version has taken its place in the mirrors for download. As always, it is stated that Parrot Architect can be used to install other desktop environments such as KDE, GNOME or XFCE or to install a particular selection of tools.
