Benedek - In the Air (ft. AKUA) Official Video

Today, LA producer and underground dance-fantasy legend Benedek announces his new EP, and Apron Records debut, “Zebrano” - out 30th September 2022. The EP features vocals from DC’s dreamcastmoe and R&B icon Devin Morrison. Lead single “In The Air” (featuring rising Canadian-Ghanaian LA-based singer AKUA, who’s lent her distinct spellbinding vocals to artists like Robyn, Blood Orange, Dean Blunt and more) is Benedek’s first collaborative release since his 2011 single with Dam-Funk and is self-described as “music to cruise the LA streets to - jeep bumpers and late summer slammers.” The tripped-out accompanying visuals are directed by NTS regular and film-maker Kristina McCormick aka DIET CLINIC. “The hallucinatory analogue processing lends itself perfectly to the potent rush of love at first sight ❤️‍🔥”, she explains of the video.
