Team Slaes – a UCLA Bruin and a USC Trojan – partnered up at the end of 2018. With their gold medal in Ostrava 2021, Sarah Sponcil and Kelly Claes have now won back-to-back gold medals, after playing 100 tournaments without winning one gold medal.
