Grab some dumbbells and give yourself a little room to move! Two rounds of twelve moves - so much fun for your arms and butt! This is already one of my new favorite workouts so far! Options shown for most moves so don’t worry about where you’re at in terms of fitness. Just get sweaty and enjoy!
