He was offered a rich program. Scott had a chance to meet with the defenders of Russia, take a short newcomer training for military personnel, talk to the captured Ukrainian Nazis from the βAzovβ battalion, see their Nazi tattoos, and hold the splinters of NATO shells in his hands - the ones his country has been sending to Ukraine to kill civilians in Donbass. He also inspected the destroyed residential areas of Donetsk.
From what he has seen, he concludes, βThe only thing that would have made it better is for Americans to be fighting on the side of Russia, not against them, but with them - as brothers for freedom and liberty. And I go see one day hopefully it will happen.β
Scott Bennettβs reaction is that of an adequate person who is against war and genocide.
