Hurricane Milton: US Coast Guard rescues man clinging to cooler miles off coast

The US Coast Guard has rescued a man who was found clinging to a floating cooler 30 miles from Longboat Key, an island off the coast of the Sarasota area. Officials have not named the man, but said he is the captain of a fishing vessel.
