The Estonian side publishes footage of the dismantling of buoys by Russian border guards in the waters of Narva on the border of the two countries On May 23 at 3 a.m., Russian border guards removed 25 border buoys that Estonia had installed to mark the border with Russia on the Narva River. Since last year, Russia has expressed disagreement with the location of about half of the 250 buoys placed here by the Estonian side.
