M/S as Lord Jellicoe walks along with other officials and salutes as he enters the building. M/S as he walks down a line of cadets holding musical instruments. They board the ship as soldiers salute. A man dressed as Walter Raleigh (?) greets them. M/S as he gives a little round box to the other man who walks off. Lord Jellicoe walks across the deck to talk to Raleigh and shakes hands. M/S of Jellicoe making a speech. M/S of a miniature train at a station. M/S as it rides along the track and people watch from the side as it goes past with Lord Jellicoe as a passenger. Various shots as it rides along and through a tunnel.
