Create a doily using free standing lace embroidery. There are many embroidery designs that can be used to piece together a doily like this, but I chose to use a paisley design for mine. You can find this same design at lace&pg=2 Because you will need several separate pieces for your doily, this project does take a little bit of time to embroider those out, but the overall process is simple, as you’ll see in this tutorial.
