Snow Day: Blue Ridge Parkway SKI

Snow on the BRP means it’s closed to motorized vehicles but open for foot traffic and, consequently, SKI traffic. Come along as Emily and I get out for a multi sport activity (human powered on my end) with a pedal up to the Salt Pond Rd crossing and then an xc ski up to the ridge. It’s hard to beat these views on a normal day but when everything is covered in a fresh blanket of snow majestic is the only word that comes close to describing the beauty.
