John a former intelligence analyst for the CIA and a signal intelligence specialist in the Navy, who has delved deep into the world of UAPs. His esteemed career, spanning from radar engineering in the Navy to a senior position (GS-15) in the CIA, has equipped him with a unique perspective on this enigmatic phenomenon. John graduated from George Washington University in political science, before joining the CIA in 1984. Over the next 25 years, he served in the Directorate of Science and Technology, the Directorate of Intelligence, and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence.
