Ingredients: oil - 30 ml (1 fl oz) onion - 500 g ( oz) chicken legs - 1 kg (2.2 lb) sodium bicarbonate - 5 g ( oz) salt - 7 g ( oz) black pepper - 5 g ( oz) balsamic vinegar - 20 ml (0.7 fl oz) mustard - 15 g (½ oz) OVER MEDIUM FIRE 20 minutes OVER MEDIUM FIRE 20 minutes for the mashed potatoes: potatoes - 500 g ( oz) water - 1 l (34 fl oz) salt - 3 g ( oz) OVER MEDIUM FIRE 25 minutes butter - 20 g (0.7 oz) salt - 3 g ( oz) black pepper - 3 g ( oz) milk - 30 ml (1 fl oz) for decoration: parsley - 5 g ( oz) Follow us on: Facebook:
