Hello, my name is Anastasia Rodina, I create dolls and shoot animation with them, and in this video I will show how I make a portrait doll of Isabelle for the film “Ricardo and Friendz“. Having created anatomical portrait patterns of the torso based on photographs of the 16-year-old girl Isabel, I transfer them to white fabric and sew all the details. I turn out all the details. I make a frame from steel wire and wrap it with padding polyester. Having put all the parts on the frame, I stuff the doll tightly. Having finished the process of creating the body with fingers, I move on to painting the body with watercolors. Then I create the doll’s wardrobe. I sew pajama pants from black and white checkered fabric, which I then tint light emerald. I add white socks and long sleeves with eco-suede pads on the elbows. After the doll is dressed, I sew on her natural goat hair. I’m cutting bangs. We draw the face with acrylic and a black gel pen, and add moles and freckles with watercolors. Fin
