My MOST EFFICIENT Exercise - Arm Swinging (beginner) - I think that this is the most efficient exercise we can do. We can get so much benefit from so little effort! This is the whole idea behind BODY EFFICIENCY TRAINING - What are the MOST EFFICIENT EXERCISES? - EASY EXERCISES and EASY WORKOUTS that we can benefit greatly from. If you need to motivate yourself to exercise you can start off by just doing this. All you have to do is stand up and twist a little! How efficient is that? It IMPROVES CIRCULATION and Lymphatic flow. Once the blood starts flowing you will gradually feel motivated to do something more! It is a great warm up and warm down exercise and one that I do all the time. It is similar to TAI CHI, but a bit different so it is a TAI CHI STYLE exercise. It also improves body awareness and mind-body connection so it has many similarities to QI GONG also. But also a bit different to Qi Gong exercises!
