These are the settings I used to slice my own STL files in Cura. The only settings you should need to adjust from these are individual printer settings like retraction and priming. There is also a slicing table at the bottom of the PDF, that outlines the few parts that need different top and bottom layers and infill settings. It also has the weights listed on the PDF to check your weights against.
