Muay Thai Pad Training with Kru Yod at Evolve MMA

Earlier on in the year I was lucky enough to travel and train at one of the best Muay Thai and MMA gyms in the world, Evolve MMA in Singapore. Besides sparring my favorite fighter Pornsanae and clinching with clinch master Sagetdao, I also had the chance to do a pad session with the great Kru Yod. You might’ve heard about Kru Yod before - he’s a former trainer from Tiger Muay Thai and helped prepare Georges St. Pierre for his UFC title fights. Now Kru Yod is at Evolve MMA and better than ever!
