Voice yoga retreat in the Maldives name is Tanya Novikova. I am a yoga woman and a life purpose coach with a scientific background in mathematics. and a sportswoman in the past. I invite you to a program of Voice yoga, which is held in a beautiful place of power and extension. I chose this topic because i was always interested in how to live how my spirit dictates instead of how my conditioning dictates. Through my more than 15 years of yoga practice I found that just doing yoga the way I was taught - it didn’t teach me that. And my spirit was blown apart in many different directions. And through the practice of voice yoga I learned how to bring my spirit back together. Singing is a great way to move the energy through the heart. And for a lot of us we think we are not good enough to sing. That is a big inhibition. Anyone can make sound. So whether you are on tune or off tune irrelevant. Because you are exploring how to delight your heart and spirit. I literally invite you to get your voice back! This is how we connect to our spirits. This is how we learn to live how our spirits dictate instead of how our conditioning dictates. And the way I coach you you will learn so many good things, life skills that will benefit you everywhere. One - on the mat you’ll get stronger. You will build your inner power. And you will also bring healing to the places that have been shut down which is where we have a lot of our fear and struggle. Second - you will learn a relaxed way of singing and self-expression. You will learn how to clear out all inhibitions that stop you from crafting your life as a masterpiece. Third, we will talk about your personal life purpose based on you date of birth. You will find a vastness of who you are that you have not yet explored! I am so excited to share my gifts with you.
