LED headlights for Alfa Romeo 159 [bi-led projectors, DRL, led bulbs] DIY manual without disassembly

Complete conversion of Alfa Romeo 159 / Brera headlights to LED without disassembly. Replacing the projector with bi LED, changing all the light bulbs with LED, installing DRL. Step-by-step instructions and the result of the modification are in this video. Clean the headlight 01:27 2. Take out all the old light bulbs 01:38 3. Screw in the adjustment bolt completely, using an 8mm wrench or socket to allow access to all projector mounting bolts 01:52 4. Unscrew the bolts that secure the projector using a TORX T8 wrench 02:00 5. Take out the projector 02:06 6. Install the adapter/frame onto the new projector 02:14 7. Install and screw the new projector into the headlight 02:21 8. Install the DRL turn signal bulb, connect them to the wiring 02:50 02:28 9. Install the high beam bulb: first insert and secure its adapter, and then the bulb itself 02:35 10. Route and connect additional wiring from the high beam to the projector’s high beam 02:56 11. Insert and connect the position light bulb using canbus resistor 03:05 12.
