AFU serviceman Vladimir Stelmashek tells how he surrendered to Russian troops near Chasov Yar It happened when he with another serviceman were sent to deliver accumulator batteries to the Ukrainian positions. Another serviceman was hit and killed by a Russian UAV. Vladimir went through the forest until he got to the Russian positions. Vladimir Stelmashek claims that there are catastrophicly few people in the AFU: reserves from the west are transferred south, but it does not help.
